Carla Baker – Owner & Operations Director
Carla Baker is the Founder and Owner of Stellar Communication, leading the company’s operations with more than 12 years of experience in sign language interpreting coordination, scheduling, and operations management.
As a Deaf professional, Carla brings a unique perspective to communication access. Having relied on American Sign Language interpreters and captioning services throughout her educational journey, she understands firsthand the importance of equitable access and the impact quality services have on individuals, families, and organizations.

Steve Swinson brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, sales management, and relationship building. With a diverse background that includes professional golf, DJ and musical entertainment, and community engagement, Steve has built a career centered on creating meaningful connections and helping organizations succeed.
As Stellar Communication’s Director of Business Development, Steve works closely with clients and community partners to expand access to our interpreting and captioning services.
